Ingredients
Scale
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons shallot minced
8 ounces snow peas, thinly sliced lengthwise
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the first 4 ingredients. Add shallot, snow peas and tarragon; toss to combine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.
Store in refrigerator until serving.
