Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Asian dark sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients and whisk until combined. Cook over medium high heat for about 10 minutes, until slightly thickened. Serve.
  2. * if the sauce is too thick add chicken broth until desired consistency is reached
