1 pound grass-fed ground beef
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon finely minced onion
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes ( optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix thoroughly to combine
Using an ice cream scoop,e out the mixture to form 12 meatballs using hands to roll into balls. Placing meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake meatballs for 15-20 minutes.
Serve meatballs with your favorite sauce.
