  • 1 cups beef stock
  • 1/2 cup Guinness beer
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon cold water

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in the saucepan, add garlic and onions sauté until translucent and soft, about 5 minutes. Add the beer and broth to the saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add the cornstarch mixture stirring constantly. You can add another tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with another tablespoon of water to make the gravy thicker.
