  • 68 cups of fresh cauliflower florets
  • 2 teaspoons garlic pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ¾ cup sweet chili sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place cauliflower on a baking sheet and spray with coconut oil.
  2. Sprinkle garlic pepper, and salt, over the cauliflower.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Combine the melted butter and sweet chili sauce and pour over the cauliflower florets, roast for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with Sesame Honey Dip
