Back in the day there was an artist named Bob Ross whose show ‘The Joy of Painting’ was on PBS for over 10 years. In my neck of the woods it was on Saturday afternoons. Bob had the most hypnotic voice. It could lull you into the most relaxed state (a nice nap for me)……all his talk about happy little trees and happy little accidents. Instant Pot Apple Chicken Sausage was one of those happy little accidents.
