Skinny – Caramel Frappuccino

The following is a repost of what is becoming one of our most popular recipes. After a 2015 trip to the nearest Starbucks, which was at the time almost 50 miles away we did a calorie re-make of one of our favorite drinks Caramel Frappuccino. Behold…… Skinny – Caramel Frappuccino !

Today we have a Starbucks less than a mile away, but they kept all the calories in our favorite drinks 馃檮 we still enjoy the real deal but we also enjoy this recipe, and we hope you do too!!

Skinny Caramel Frappuccino

This post is gonna be a real quickie……Starbucks is the bomb for coffee鈥︹ell, at least Tim and I think so. One of our favorites is the Caramel Frappuccino鈥︹︹ut with a Grande coming in at about 380 calories……… yikes! Talk about drinking your calories.

When I saw the recipe for Skinny – Caramel Frappuccino from Averie Cooks, and it boasts only 50 calories…….we were聽in!!

I have never in all my years had a Cr猫me Br没l茅e! Where has this dessert been all my life?

Creme Brulee

Cr猫me Br没l茅e also known as burnt cream, is a dessert consisting of a rich custard base topped with a layer of hardened caramelized sugar. It is customarily served slightly chilled; the heat from the caramelizing process tends to warm the custard slightly leaving a cool center. Cranberry Orange Pudding Cake

When I first began my journey in the cooking world, I bought a Betty Crocker’s Cookbook. It is one of my prized possessions. Inside was a recipe that I thought was pure magic. Hot Fudge Pudding Cake which was my inspiration for Cranberry Orange Pudding Cake.
