Thanksgiving 2020 will be a most unusual affair for most. If you do chose to gather with those outside your group please be safe and follow the CDC Guidelines.
Having said that we still gotta eat right?
So here are a few ideas for appetizers, the star of the show the turkey, side dishes, and desserts.
Appetizers: Keep it simple and light. Just enough to ward off hunger pains but not enough to spoil your appetite.
Light, easy to make ahead from just a few ingredients. Add assorted crackers….done!
Caramelized Onion Dip – Caramelized onions, mixed with cream cheese, sour cream, a touch of thyme, garlic powder, and Worcestershire. Serve with crackers or chips for a delicious dip!
Next is the star of the show…..Turkey
In keeping with the scaled-down Thanksgiving, I give you Turkey Tenderloin with Orange Maple Cranberry Sauce.
