I love , love, love the aidell’s company. They make artisan chicken sausage and meatballs. I spied them a while back on one of my infamous, inspirational, grocery shopping trips. They are available in your local grocery store in the cold meat section….well, at least at my grocery store. If not ask for them….whole new world of taste. What will those two not put on a pizza??? That remains to be seen……my guess anything. If you can eat it, we can make it a pizza.

A typical conversation at our house.

Marty: “What do you want for supper?”
Tim: “ I don’t know. What do you want?”
Marty: “I ask you first, your choice”
Tim: “ How about pizza?”

So it goes……as mentioned before,we eat a lot of pizza. We do mix it up though……..Pulled Pork Pizza…oh yeah!

So, when I make dishes that are not familiar to me, I Google them so I know of what I speak …….

I found Tikka Masala to be an interesting story, why you ask??? It was created by accident……sorta how I cook!

The story goes that a Bangladeshi chef served a dish of traditional Chicken Tikka only to be asked by a British diner, “Where’s the gravy?” The miffed chef tossed in can of creamy tomato soup and spices and responded, “You want gravy? I’ll give you gravy!” The results were spectacular and the Indian/British Chicken Tikka Masala dish was born. Continue reading “Tikka Masala Naan Pizza”
