Instant Pots have been a God send to anyone with more things to do than time to do them. I don’t use mine as often as often as I’d like to, but writing a food blog gives me lots of leftovers. Cheesy Jalapeño Quick Bread

Cheesy Jalapeño Quick Bread was born of excess……excess jalapeños, excess cheese, and excess corn…….but that part is for my next post. There is a grilled sandwich in the future!

We have become ALDI shoppers. If you don’t have an ALDI’s in your area, they are a no frills, great quality grocery plus store. The plus being….I got my Instant Pot there for $40, and we bought an off set patio umbrella for under $50……I know right!!!
